Returns Policy
We stand by our product and offer a 30-days-money-back guarantee.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 90 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for returns,

Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
How do I return my items?
You have up to 90 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.

Items from different orders can be returned within the same package.

Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Step 1 Email to bcbabycareservice@xier-inc.com to require a return (including the reason for the return)
Step 2 Waiting for the return confirmation with the return address from us.
Step 3 Send the products back to our warehouse.
Refunds will be applied to the form of original payment method used to make the order.
